2 c shredded carrots.
2 tsp oil
1 and ½ tsp mustard seeds
1 green chili(slit in middle)
4-5 curry leaves(optional)
pinch of asafetida
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp turmeric
2 tsp lemon juice
Cilantro for garnishing
